Events

Värikkäitä ääniä (Colourful Sounds) -workshop for babies and toddlers

The next Värikkäitä ääniä -workshops for babies will take place in april 2026, when Artsi invites Vantaa's Culture Kids as well other babies and toddlers to Colorful Sounds!

Registration for the workshops for Vantaa´s Culture Kids is done through the online shop linked to the Vantaa events calendar.

Registration for the workshops for other babies and toddlers is also done through online shop linked to the Vantaa events calendar.

Every child born in 2023 and after in Vantaa will receive an invitation to become a Culture Kid of Vantaa. The activity is free of charge. Vantaa's Culture Kid can attend two events with an adult every year until the child starts school. The events are organised by more than 20 arts and culture organisations in different parts of Vantaa. The Culture Kids of Vantaa program is managed by the City of Vantaa. Read more about the program: Vantaa Culture Kids

Värikkäitä ääniä is a workshop that you can join together with a baby aged 5-12 months. In this workshop, your child will explore different colours, shapes, surfaces and materials with an adult. The soundscape in the workshop is part of the experience. In the workshop, play and activities take place at the child's own pace.

Croquis Drawing Evenings

Spring 2026:

Wednesday 14.01 | 11.02 | 11.03 | 22.04 | 20.05 at 18:00-20:00

While the Artsi exhibition is open, we organize croquis drawing evenings open to everyone once a month. Drawing from a live model takes place in Artsi’s exhibition hall, surrounded by the artworks. During these drawing evenings, participants draw a live model in poses of 1–5 minutes, working independently without instruction. Please bring your own drawing materials. We kindly ask you to arrive on time – to ensure a peaceful drawing environment, the doors will be closed at approximately 6:10 p.m.

Participation fee: 5 euros. No advance registration required. Welcome!
